All packages are printed with a return address. If the package is lost in transit, it will be returned and sent out again free of charge.

In the instance a delivery has been attempted but failed, and the recipient has failed to collect it from the depot, we will charge another shipping cost to send it out for the second time. (payment via our paypal address: will@coldcutshotwax.uk).

In the event a wrong address has been provided and the item is sent back to us, we will offer to send it out again given payment by the customer or we will refund you for the item NOT the failed shipping attempt as it costs us money for a customer's error.

If you are unhappy that the item does not match the condition descriptions, please get in contact so we can resolve the issue.

If the item has been damaged in transit, we will ask you if you could take a photo for evidence and send it to our email address.
